Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Global Mart International Limited, Flat 5, 4/F, Won Hing Building, 74-78 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong, Email: support@lumalie.store) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return shipment. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery;
• the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
• the supply of goods that may quickly perish or expire.
